What does “access” actually change?

Streaming platforms use the exit IP to determine where a visitor is located, then combine that result with the account region, subscription status, app-store region, and content licensing rules. The difference between native IPs and residential IPs

Native IPs generally mean that the IP's registered region, announced region, and actual exit region are closely aligned. High-quality playback depends on more than a peak speed-test result. Streaming services usually start buffering at a lower quality, then raise the bitrate based on sustained throughput, jitter, packet loss, and the device's decoding capability. Buffering, quality drops, or interruptions

Sign-in loop or repeated verification

TV works, but mobile playback fails
