Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international route connections, client access, and related subscription services provided by VPNAO. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and accepted these terms. If any provision is unacceptable, users should stop creating orders or using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
VPNAO provides network acceleration through Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients, with routes covering 100+ countries / 150+ routes. The regions available for connection, route types, and client features are based on the information displayed on the website and in the user panel at the time. Routes may change due to maintenance, network scheduling, resource adjustments, or local connection conditions. Users should choose an appropriate exit region for their actual needs.
The service is intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access and visits to international websites. VPNAO does not own or control third-party websites, applications, or content platforms accessed by users. Account eligibility, regional rules, content availability, interface restrictions, and usage policies for third-party services are set independently by the respective providers. VPNAO does not guarantee their continued accessibility or feature availability.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login details and are responsible for orders, route connections, and other activity created under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel with relevant details.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but are intended only for reasonable use by the account holder on devices they own or manage. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling, renting, lending accounts, publicly sharing credentials, or providing shared access to unrelated third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account risks, and service interruptions caused by shared credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payments are supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before placing an order, users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and order details. For refund conditions and procedures, see the Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in using the service, as well as the applicable rules of third-party platforms. Users must not use VPNAO for unlawful activities, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, interference with network facilities, large-scale abuse of third-party interfaces, infringement of others’ rights, or conduct that could cause route addresses or service resources to be blocked, reported, or restricted.
Users must not attempt to compromise the client, user panel, authentication process, or route scheduling mechanisms, nor send abnormal requests to service infrastructure through automated means. To protect other users and the infrastructure, VPNAO may impose necessary restrictions on clearly abnormal connection activity and may cooperate with legally authorized institutions when required by law.
Service Availability and Liability
Connection quality may be affected by the user’s local network, device condition, exit region, international links, route maintenance, and third-party service status. VPNAO maintains and adjusts the service as operationally needed, but does not guarantee that any route will remain uninterrupted or that a particular website, application, speed, or content will always be available in every network environment. Users should verify connection status before important actions and keep necessary data backups.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNAO is not liable beyond the limits prescribed by law for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, public network failures, third-party service changes, user devices or configuration issues, credential sharing, or use of the service in violation of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
If a user violates lawful use requirements, resells or shares an account, attacks service facilities, continually generates abnormal traffic, submits false order information, or otherwise clearly harms the service or third-party rights, VPNAO may, depending on the level of risk, restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. Where conditions permit and doing so will not increase security risks, the relevant status will be explained through the website or user panel.
Users may stop using the service and handle account-related matters through the user panel. Suspension or termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred, liability for violations, or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law. Refund requests remain subject to the separate Refund Policy.
Updates and Applicability
VPNAO may update these terms in response to changes in service scope, product processes, legal requirements, or risk-control practices. The latest version will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes affecting user rights may also be communicated through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised content.
These terms, the plan page, the Refund Policy, and other specific rules together form the service agreement. When a specific rule clearly addresses a particular matter, that rule takes precedence; otherwise, these Terms of Service apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
